Keena Howse, M.Ed., PMP, is a program implementation consultant. For more than 10 years she has led complex, publicly funded programs in multi-site organizations, supporting 10 federally funded program sites and overseeing program budgets of more than $1.8 million. She helps organizations launch and expand programs, get ready for monitoring and accreditation, organize project portfolios, and build the coaching and training systems that make results last.

For more than 10 years, I’ve led complex, publicly funded programs in multi-site organizations.
I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from George Mason University, a B.S. in Child & Family Studies, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I also teach program administration and professional practice at the college level.
