Most initiatives don’t fail in planning. They stall in implementation.

A new site has an opening date but no readiness plan. A grant has requirements nobody has turned into daily practice. Quality varies from site to site. A key leader leaves, and their projects land on everyone else’s desk. These are implementation problems, and they need an owner.

The big idea

The strategy is approved. Now it has to work.

My approach pairs PMP-grade project discipline with deep expertise in how adults learn and change. I don’t just manage the plan. I build the roles, tools, routines, and staff skills to sustain it.

Then I hand it off to a team that can run it without me.

How organizations work with me

Organizations bring me in when a plan is approved, the timeline is fixed, and the team doesn’t have room to carry it alone.

Program Performance Review

Something isn’t working across your sites, but it’s hard to say where or what to fix first. I review your documents, data, and requirements, talk with leaders and staff, and give you a clear, ranked plan.

Program Launch & Expansion

A new site, service, or grant has a start date and not enough internal capacity to be ready. I build the readiness plan, define who owns what, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and run the launch through stabilization.

Compliance & Monitoring Readiness

A monitoring visit, audit, or accreditation is coming, or a finding already landed. I map requirements to what you do today, write a plan your team can actually carry out, and train staff to keep it going.

Fractional Program Management

A leader left, or your projects outgrew the team. I sort and rank the portfolio, set up simple routines for status and decisions, and build the dashboard leaders need, then hand it off to a permanent owner.

Workforce & Leadership Pipelines

Turnover is high and internal promotions are rare. I design career pathways, cohort programs, and coaching systems that help you grow leaders from within.
